Hip, Hip, Hoooraaayyy!
I am so glad to see this passed at the polls, history is changing once again!
Thank you to ASPCA and the Humane Society of the United States, and all the other people and organizations who helped spread the word to vote YES on this important matter. My thoughts are that if someone or a company can't afford to care for their animals properly, then they shouldn't have so many, and this new law will help the pups to be taken care of. We are the caretakers of God's creatures, and as such, we have a duty to their well-being. This law is a step in that direction. To read more, see USA Today's article below.
